**Return Policy**

**Returns for New Items:**
- We accept returns within **14 days of purchase**.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be **brand new, unused, and in their original packaging**.
- A **10% restocking fee** will apply to all returns of non-defective items.
- **Return shipping costs** are the responsibility of the customer.

**Defective Equipment:**
- If your equipment is found to be defective within the first **14 days of purchase**, we will offer an **exchange**.
- After 14 days, defective equipment is covered by the **manufacturer’s warranty**. Please refer to the warranty terms provided with your product.
- Proof of defect and the original purchase date must be provided to initiate an exchange or warranty claim.
- Upon receiving a defective item, we will inspect the equipment to verify the defect. If the item is deemed **non-defective**, it will be returned at the customer's expense.

**Return Shipping Instructions:**
- All items returned via post or carrier must be **securely packaged** in a separate shipping box.
- The return label must be applied to the shipping box only; **no labels should be applied directly to the original packaging**.

**No Returns or Refunds:**
- Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is **defective**.

**Defective Products:**
- If you receive a defective cosmetic product, please contact us within **7 days of receipt** for an exchange or refund. Proof of defect (e.g., photos) may be required.

**Order Cancellations:**
- Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a **10% cancellation fee**. This fee covers bank processing, restocking, and administrative costs.

**General Terms:**
- **Proof of Purchase:** All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims require proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).
